My husband and I purchased our massage chair and have been using it for a few days now, were very impressed with the functions, easy to use but good variety of controls on the touch screen, the roller do good deep tissue massage and have heat that warms up quickly. My favorite program is the thai stretch and calf rollers.

Love this chair!! I’ve got scoliosis and a to of lower back pain. This has been wonderful! I just wish I had bitten the bullet years ago & bought one rather than all the other things I’ve purchased trying to alleviate the pain. Now I can have a massage every day. It’s wonderful. And so are the staff and the service. Many, many thanks. 🙏🙏

Pros and Cons
Chair looks very classy (gold and white). Very easy to setup, zero to no assembling required.
It is heavy, but my husband pulled it inside the house by himself and unloaded it (4 stairs).
We use it 2x daily, it really relaxes the body and massages are great, BUT ... the pressure is wayyyyyy to strong. I don't know who it is meant for but, everybody that tried our chair almost screamed and told us to stop the pressure (when it's at minimum). It's like when your doctor takes your pressure on your arm, but stronger... The legs is a little less, but still very strong. The feet rollers are so hard, we have to put washcloth over it or just completely not use it. I call it the rollers of death, my feet hurt a few days after the first time i used it.
As for the back rollers, they are very hard on the lower back, but not enough on the shoulders, so we have to remove the padding for the shoulders, but have to put a towel in the lower back. And we are used to very very hard massages, we hate being tap, we like deep and strong massages. It's like there's no in between, pretty sad.
We like that you can put calming music through the Bluetooth speakers.
Few annoying things :
The beep beep that goes on at the beginning when the chair scans you or when you switch settings during the massage is acute/strident, wish it could be turned off or lowered.
When the time is up and the massage is over, the chair doesn't return to initial position. You have to turn the chair back on, and manually lower it so you can get out, otherwise you are still in, example, no gravity position. Which means you get to hear the beep beep all over again.
The side Costway sign that lights up is cute, but when it's in your living room and someone sits next to it, it blinds you and is annoying.
Every time someone new sits in the chair, they hook the buttons that are flat ("fast buttons"), they are misplaced because you have to hold to something to sit. Not sure if people use them? why not just the remote.

The shipping was THE WORST i have ever seen. No tracking number, have to reach third party customer service which didn't know anything, took 8 days from pickup to delivery. Almost thought we were being scammed.

Would i recommend it or buy it again? Still unsure.
Maybe i'd go try some in-store before ... Would have never paid more than 2500$ for it.

I recently purchased the Ogawa Master Drive AI 2.0, and I have to say—this is not just a massage chair; it’s a full-on wellness experience! The packaging was secure, and setup took about 30-45 minutes with help. It’s a big chair (so make sure you have enough space), but once it’s set up, it looks sleek and premium in my living room.

It's easy to use with remote control,the heat is good,l haven't tried arms because it would be awkward lying down .l just put below my chair and turn it backwards to do calf's.,as it had small healrest so you know it's situated properly. Turns of after 15 mins if you fall asleep,if not just be press power for more

Love the hat I can wear it all the time!!! and it's red light therapy lamp inside no body can tell.

We've had our sauna for a few months and we are really enjoying it. I wish their was a seat back with lumbar support available for this model. Also is there a hack where you can have it automatically turn on at a certain time?

Our sauna arrived as promised. It was fairly simple to out together with 2 people and only took about an hour. The product itself is amazing! Very comfortably seats 2 people. Already feeling the benefits as we enjoy it each night before bed and sleep soundly! Already noticing the benefit of easing sore muscles and joint pain. The chromotherapy is excellent with many choices. The only issue is temperature. We've set it to 160...but never seem to be able to get it above 155...but at that temp it's just fine and definitely works up the sweat!
