Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Custom, special-order, oversized, and freight items may require additional processing time.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout.

Canada Shipping

Relaxacare ships across Canada using trusted carriers including Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and specialized freight companies.

Most deliveries arrive within 7-20 business days, depending on destination. Remote and rural locations may require additional transit time.

USA Shipping

We ship to most locations within the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days.

Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available to select countries, including the United States. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability and shipping rates.

International delivery times typically range from 10–45 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, and import requirements imposed by their local jurisdiction.

Free Shipping

Most saunas, hot tubs, swim spas, massage chairs, and other oversized wellness products include free standard shipping within eligible service areas in Canada. Shipping eligibility and any additional delivery charges are displayed on the applicable product page prior to purchase.

Additional fees may apply for remote, rural, or difficult-to-access locations.

White Glove Delivery

Available on select products and service areas.

Includes:

  • Scheduled delivery appointment

  • Inside delivery where accessible

  • Product assembly where specified on the product page

Does Not Include:

  • Electrical work or wiring

  • Plumbing or gas connections

  • Site preparation

  • Crane services

  • Removal of fences, gates, structures, or obstacles

  • Removal of existing equipment

  • Packaging or debris removal unless specifically stated

Sauna Deliveries

White Glove Sauna Delivery includes professional assembly where available. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the installation area and arranging any required electrical work through a licensed electrician.

Hot Tub & Swim Spa Deliveries

Most hot tubs and swim spas include free shipping with front-yard, driveway, or curbside delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Final placement of the unit

  • Site preparation

  • Electrical installation

  • Crane services if required

  • Ensuring clear and safe access to the delivery location

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, customs processing, labour disruptions, seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Any visible damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by photographs whenever possible.

For lost shipments or delivery concerns, contact our customer support team immediately so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery of an order may be subject to return shipping charges, carrier fees, restocking fees, or other applicable deductions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.
