1. Warranty Overview

Relaxacare® (“Relaxacare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Lifetime (10-Year Expected Lifespan) Limited Warranty and Bumper-to-Bumper Service Coverage to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of any eligible Relaxacare product with a retail purchase price over $1,000, including but not limited to saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy systems, massage chairs, swim spas, hot tubs, and other large-ticket wellness equipment, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth herein.

This warranty defines the exclusive remedies available to the Customer and replaces all other express or implied warranties, except where prohibited by law. By purchasing, receiving, installing, or using a covered Relaxacare product, the Customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be legally bound by the terms of this warranty.

Note: “Lifetime” in this warranty refers to the expected usable lifespan of the product under normal residential use, which is typically 10 years.


2. Eligible Product Categories

This warranty applies to qualifying Relaxacare products over $1,000, including but not limited to:

  • Infrared and traditional saunas
  • Cold plunge tubs and cold therapy systems
  • Red light and photobiomodulation therapy products
  • Massage chairs and recovery seating
  • Swim spas and hot tubs
  • Hydrotherapy, heat therapy, and recovery equipment
  • Other large-ticket wellness products sold by Relaxacare

Coverage is valid only for residential use, unless otherwise stated in writing by Relaxacare.


3. Lifetime (10-Year) Structural & Framework Warranty Coverage

Relaxacare warrants that the structural, frame, shell, cabinet, and housing components of the covered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the expected usable life of the product, approximately 10 years, under normal residential use.

Structural Coverage Includes (where applicable):

  • Product frames, housings, cabinets, shells, and bases
  • Panels, insulation, and load-bearing support systems
  • Doors, lids, covers, hinges, tracks, and factory-installed glass or acrylic components
  • Internal framework, fasteners, welded or bonded structures

This coverage applies for the Lifetime (10-Year Expected Lifespan) of the product.


4. 10-Year Bumper-to-Bumper Service & Repair Coverage

For the first 10 years from the original delivery date, Relaxacare provides bumper-to-bumper service coverage against defects in materials and workmanship for factory-installed functional components.

Covered Components (where applicable):

  • Heating systems, motors, pumps, or mechanical assemblies
  • Control panels, displays, and electronic systems
  • Internal wiring, power supplies, and electrical components
  • Lighting systems, chromotherapy, red light, or LED components
  • Audio systems, speakers, and Bluetooth or wireless modules
  • Sensors, thermostats, timers, and safety controls
  • Factory-installed accessories and functional attachments

Relaxacare will determine, at its discretion, whether the appropriate remedy is repair, replacement of components, or substitution with equivalent parts or systems.

Note: This coverage does not include consumables, filters, covers, water chemistry supplies, or routine maintenance items.


5. Repair & Service Commitment

Relaxacare is committed to providing reasonable, good-faith service efforts to resolve valid warranty claims. Service may include:

  • Remote troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Shipment of replacement or refurbished parts of equal or greater value
  • Technical guidance, setup assistance, and operational support

Labor, on-site service calls, electrician or plumbing services, and third-party installation costs are not included, unless expressly authorized in writing by Relaxacare.


6. Replacement or Credit if Repair Is Not Possible

If Relaxacare determines, in its sole discretion, that a covered defect cannot be reasonably repaired or resolved, the Customer will receive:

  • Replacement with a comparable or equivalent Relaxacare product, OR
  • A non-cash credit equal to the current fair market value of the original product, to be applied toward the purchase of a new Relaxacare product.

Important Conditions:

  • Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash
  • Credits may only be applied toward a new Relaxacare product
  • Original shipping, taxes, installation, and service costs are excluded
  • If the original product is discontinued, Relaxacare may substitute a comparable model

This remedy constitutes full and final satisfaction of all warranty obligations.


7. Final Sale Policy on Warranty-Covered Products

All Relaxacare products sold with Lifetime (10-Year) Warranty coverage are FINAL SALE.

Once a product has shipped or been delivered:

  • No refunds, returns, or cancellations are permitted
  • Warranty service, repair, replacement, or credit (as outlined herein) constitutes the exclusive remedy

This policy ensures long-term service availability, parts support, and warranty sustainability for all customers.


8. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Improper installation, setup, use, or maintenance
  • Electrical or power issues caused by incorrect voltage, supply, or non-licensed work
  • Water damage, moisture intrusion, corrosion, mold, or environmental exposure
  • Commercial, rental, shared, institutional, or non-residential use
  • Unauthorized modifications, misuse, or self-repair
  • Freight or delivery damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Acts of nature, power surges, or external forces beyond Relaxacare’s control

9. Installation, Power & Usage Requirements

Where applicable, products must be:

  • Installed and operated according to Relaxacare instructions
  • Connected by a licensed professional if hardwiring or specialized connections are required
  • Supplied with the correct voltage, amperage, and grounding

Installation, power, or usage errors are not considered product defects.


10. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase
  2. Product model and serial number (if applicable)
  3. Clear photos and/or video demonstrating the issue
  4. A written description of the concern

Relaxacare reserves the right to:

  • Request additional documentation
  • Require inspection or return of defective components
  • Deny claims that do not meet warranty requirements

11. Non-Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only at the original delivery or installation address. It may not be transferred or assigned.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relaxacare shall not be liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, inconvenience, or downtime
  • Any costs exceeding the value of the original product

13. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial jurisdiction.


14. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire warranty agreement between Relaxacare and the Customer and supersedes all prior representations, statements, or agreements, whether written or verbal.
