We don’t carry Nordik Recovery Saunas because they don’t align with our standards. Relaxacare will always have an unbiased opinion and pick the best brands and products to protect customers.

• Inconsistent or poor customer service
• Reports of unanswered emails / slow support
• Lower build quality compared to top-tier brands
• Heavy focus on low pricing to attract buyers

⚠️ Reality check:

Low price ≠ good value

• Cheap upfront can mean:
• No support after purchase
• Short lifespan
• No accountability
• Unreliable products 
• Cutting corners such as smaller heaters, less warranty etc.

That’s not a risk we’re willing to pass onto our customers.

At Relaxacare we’ve grown year over year selling nationwide and the reason for our growth is putting customers first over profits and protecting each customer with their purchase ensuring the research has been done and each customer knowing the brand and product will be great. We also saw fake product revises get posted along with many false brand reviews such as “ 50,000 happy customers” and another phrase “ 10,000 happy customers”. We are assuming they are making up these numbers and that’s why it’s not consistent. It’s important to have full transparency to ensure each customer knows the values.
