The New 2027 Costway Pro Full-Spectrum Sauna Is Coming—and It Could Change the Home-Sauna Market

Relaxacare is excited to introduce one of our most anticipated new wellness products: the 2027 Costway Premium Two-Person Pro Full-Spectrum Sauna.

This fully loaded home sauna combines full-spectrum infrared heat, a large dual-wavelength red-light panel, Himalayan salt, Canadian hemlock construction, Bluetooth audio and customizable lighting in one modern system.

Premium features like these have traditionally required customers to purchase multiple products or move into a much higher price category. The 2027 Costway Pro brings them together in one compact two-person sauna—and that is why we believe it could change the Canadian home-sauna market.

A Complete Home-Wellness System

This is more than a basic infrared sauna.

The new Costway Pro was designed for customers who want a complete wellness experience without filling their home with several separate devices.

Its feature package includes:

• Full-spectrum infrared heating

• Seven carbon heating panels

• Two infrared heating tubes

• A 900W-rated red and near-infrared light panel

• 180 therapy LEDs

• 660nm red-light wavelength

• 850nm near-infrared wavelength

• Himalayan salt blocks

• Canadian hemlock construction

• Bluetooth connectivity

• Dual stereo speakers

• USB and MP3 compatibility

• FM radio

• Multicolour interior lighting

• Interior and exterior digital controls

• Oxygen ionizer

• Ventilation opening

• Temperature sensors

• Accessory tray, cup holders and storage racks

Instead of choosing between infrared heat, red light, premium lighting and entertainment features, customers can now experience them together in one home sauna.

Advanced Heating From Nine Sources

Consistent heat distribution is one of the most important parts of any sauna experience.

The 2027 Costway Pro uses a combination of seven carbon heaters and two infrared heating tubes positioned throughout the cabin. The independently controlled heating elements are designed to provide more precise heat distribution and comfortable full-body warmth.

The temperature can be adjusted from approximately 64°F to 149°F, or 18°C to 65°C, with sessions lasting up to 90 minutes.

This combination gives users greater control over the temperature, atmosphere and length of each session.

A Large Red and Near-Infrared Light Panel

One of the features that separates this sauna from many traditional infrared models is its integrated light panel.

The included panel contains 180 LEDs and delivers two wavelengths:

• 660nm red light

• 850nm near-infrared light

The panel has a listed power rating of 900W and is designed to become part of the user’s relaxation and recovery routine. Protective glasses are also included.

Bringing infrared heat and dual-wavelength light technology into the same cabin creates a more complete experience without requiring customers to purchase and store a separate full-size panel.

A Himalayan Salt Wall That Transforms the Interior

The illuminated Himalayan salt blocks give the sauna a warm, spa-inspired appearance.

When the salt wall is illuminated, it creates a soft and inviting atmosphere that makes the cabin feel like a private wellness retreat rather than another piece of exercise equipment.

Combined with the natural Canadian hemlock and tempered-glass door, the salt feature gives the sauna a distinctive, premium appearance.

Canadian Hemlock Construction

The cabin is constructed from carefully selected Canadian hemlock, offering a clean and natural appearance suitable for modern homes.

The tempered-glass door adds to the contemporary design while helping retain heat inside the cabin.

At approximately 48 inches wide, 40 inches deep and 75 inches high, the sauna is designed to accommodate up to two adults while maintaining a relatively compact footprint.

Entertainment and Customizable Lighting

Wellness should feel personal.

Users can connect their phone through Bluetooth and enjoy music, podcasts or other audio through the built-in dual speakers. The system also includes USB input, MP3 playback and FM radio.

Four integrated lighting strips offer seven static colours and a dynamic lighting mode. This allows users to create a different atmosphere depending on their mood or preferred routine.

Interior and exterior digital controls make the sauna easy to adjust from either side of the cabin.

Premium Convenience Features

The 2027 Costway Pro includes several practical details designed to make each session more comfortable.

These include:

• Cup holders

• Magazine rack

• Towel rack

• Foldable accessory tray

• Multipurpose wooden device holder

• Integrated temperature sensors

• Oxygen ionizer

• Ventilation opening

These details may seem small individually, but together they create a more refined and convenient home-sauna experience.

Why This Sauna Could Change the Market

Many home saunas require customers to compromise.

An affordable model may include infrared heat but exclude red light, salt features or upgraded controls. A more advanced sauna may include those features but move into a substantially higher price range.

The 2027 Costway Pro is designed to close that gap.
